1. All rates include: Luxury accommodation and breakfast
2. Rates are per occupancy per night
3. Family Villa’s are quoted per villa (sleeping 4 guests)
4. CHILDREN
• Children under 3 (accompanied by an adult) stay FREE
• Children : 3 - 12 years = R 325 per night if sharing with a single adult
• Children : 13 - 18 years = R 735 per night if sharing with a single adult
5. Rates include 15% VAT
6. All rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR)
7. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
8. CHECK IN TIME: 14h30
9. CHECK OUT TIME: 10h30
10. DEPOSIT: We require a 50% deposit of the total amount quoted to confirm your reservation.
11. CANCELLATION:
• 3 weeks prior to arrival: 30% of full amount will be redeemed.
• 2 weeks prior to arrival: 40% of full amount will be redeemed.
• 1 week or less prior to arrival: 50% of full amount will be redeemed.
• Non-arrival: 100% of full amount will be redeemed.
• 5% charge on full amount will apply to cancellations due to banking fees
